This Privacy Policy explains how ETYVA (“ETYVA”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data of visitors and users of https://etyva.com and related digital services. It is intended to be read together with ourTerms of Service.

ETYVA is a technology company that builds digital solutions based on software, data analysis, automation and artificial intelligence. Our commercial products may evolve over time (including tools such as ETYVA Score for risk analysis and decision support). This Policy describes current practices and is written so that future product features can be added without inventing capabilities that do not yet exist.

We do not currently require credit-bureau extracts, third-party financial dossiers or customer portfolios merely to create a basic account. If future products such as ETYVA Score collect additional business or risk-related data, we will describe those categories clearly and obtain any required authorization.

• IP address and approximate network metadata
• Device / browser information
• Access logs and security events needed to operate and protect the service

Support communications

• Content you send to us by email or other official channels

3. Purposes of processing

We use personal data to:

• Authenticate users and maintain account security
• Operate the platform and provide requested features

We do not sell personal data.

4. Sign in with Google

ETYVA may offer Google Sign-In so you can authenticate without creating a separate password. When you choose this option, Google may share with ETYVA basic identity information that you authorize, such as:

• Email address
• Account identifier
• Profile image, when available

ETYVA uses this information only to create or link your session and operate your account. Google’s own use of your data is governed by Google’s policies.

ETYVA does not request, through Google Sign-In, access to:

• Gmail
• Google Drive
• Google Calendar
• Contacts
• Personal files

5. Technology providers

To run the service we may use processors that handle data on our behalf, including authentication, hosting and networking providers. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services and under security commitments appropriate to their role.

Data may be processed on infrastructure located outside your country when required to provide authentication or hosting.
